Inviting relatives, friends and guests to share your joy on your wedding day is done through Wedding Invitations. Invitation card should be neatly printed and worded properly. Prepare a list of invitees to be invited for the wedding
Include the names of family members, relatives, friends, neighbors. Compile the list with additions and deletions and arrive at a final figure and order the number of cards to be printed

Print extra cards
Please include 25 to 50 cards extra to the total number of invitees for the last minute invitees.

Make sure that all the information is correct
Information given in the invitation should be proper. The names, addresses, phone numbers and timings should be correct. After the proof reading, the changes or corrections should be made wherever required. Please check every word careflully and approve the final proof.

Distribute the cards well in advance to the invitees
The task of inviting the guests should be completed at least one week prior to the wedding date. To the relatives who are abroad, the invitations may be sent by post or by courier. In case of shortage of time, invitations may be sent by post and follow it up with a personal phone call.
